mātāra yaiche bālakera ‘amedhya’ lāge gāya
ghṛṇā nāhi janme, āra mahā-sukha pāya
mātāra—de la madre; yaiche—como; bālakera—del niño; amedhya—las heces y la orina; lāge gāya—toca el cuerpo; ghṛṇā—rechazo; nāhi janme—no surge; āra—más; mahā-sukha—gran placer; pāya—obtiene.
«Una madre no siente rechazo hacia su bebé cuando éste la mancha de heces u orina. Por el contrario, siente un gran placer en limpiarle.
