koṭi bhoga jagannātha kare āsvādana
sei sthale—en ese lugar; bhoga lāge—se ofrece comida; āchaye niyama—es la costumbre; koṭi bhoga—millones de platos; jagannātha—el Señor Jagannātha; kare—hace; āsvādana—probar.
La costumbre era que, cuando el Señor llegaba a vipra-śāsana, se Le ofrecían alimentos. En verdad, se ofrecieron infinidad de platos, y el Señor Jagannātha los probó todos, uno por uno.
