kurukṣetre dekhi’ kṛṣṇe aiche haila mana
‘kāhāṅ kurukṣetre āilāṅa, kāhāṅ vṛndāvana?’
kurukṣetre — in Kurukṣetra; dekhi’ — seeing; kṛṣṇe — Lord Kṛṣṇa; aiche — in that way; haila mana — became His mind; kāhāṅ — where; kurukṣetre āilāṅa — I have come to Kurukṣetra; kāhāṅ — where; vṛndāvana — Vṛndāvana.
When He saw the deities, Lord Caitanya thought He was seeing Kṛṣṇa in Kurukṣetra. He wondered, “Have I come to Kurukṣetra? Where is Vṛndāvana?”
