sei naukā caḍi’ prabhu āilā ‘pānihāṭi’
nāvikere parāila nija-kṛpā-sāṭī
sei naukā caḍi’ — boarding the same boat; prabhu — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; āilā — reached; pānihāṭi — the place named Pānihāṭi; nāvikere — the captain of the boat; parāila — He put on; nija-kṛpā-sāṭī — His own used cloth as special mercy.
The Lord finally reached Pānihāṭi, and as an act of mercy He gave the captain of the boat one of His personal garments.
