tāhā dekhi’ rahinu muñi mahā-bhaya pāñā
kīrtana nā varjiha, ghare rahoṅ ta’ vasiyā
tāhā dekhi’ — seeing that; rahinu — remained; muñi — I; mahā-bhaya — great fear; pāñā — getting; kīrtana — the congregational chanting; nā — not; varjiha — stop; ghare — at home; rahoṅ — remain; ta’ — certainly; vasiyā — sitting.
“After seeing this, I was very much afraid. I asked them not to stop the congregational chanting but to go sit down at home.
